Secure payment

Payment for online purchases is made by credit card via the secure payment platforms Stripe and PayPal. Totem reserves the right to suspend any management of order and any delivery in the event of refusal of authorization of payment by credit card or in the event of non-payment. Totem also reserves the right to refuse to honor an order from a customer who has not paid in full for a previous order. Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by Totem constitutes proof of all transactions between Totem and the customer.
